Open GrabGrab, choose a waste type and estimated amount, set the pickup point on the map, add a photo, review the price, and confirm. You can then track your collector live.
The price is shown upfront before you book, based on the waste type, estimated volume, and distance. There are no hidden fees.
You can pay cash on collection or use a digital method. Payment is confirmed only after the pickup is completed.
Register as a collector, add your vehicle details, and go online. Once approved, you'll see available jobs with the payout shown before you accept.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account), or by emailing danghoaidanh.com@gmail.com from your registered address. We remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
